VERY expensive since they base the escrow fees on the sale price fo what reason, I am not sure. It's the same amount of work. Ask your real estate agent to check prices before using them.

I have absolutely no knowledge of real estate, which made selling my deceased mom's house in Gardena, CA, a very daunting and stressful process (especially since I live in Northern CA and did not want to fly down during this pandemic to deal with it), but having Tara C. of Peninsula handle the escrow made that process very smooth and uncomplicated. If it hadn't been for Tara's helpfulness and expertise, I honestly feel like I might have had a nervous breakdown :) She is very personable and also extremely resourceful and competent, and I felt I was in the best hands possible throughout the entire process. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to hold my hand during such an overwhelming situation. She is, without a doubt, a great asset to Peninsula Escrow and I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

Don't deal with these guys. That's really all you need to know. They tell you crap that's totally false. There are way too many legitimate and good escrow companies out there. Stay away from Laurie Acroe.
