We have used Pacific Coast Plumbing since 1998 when we did a copper re-pipe on our last residence. I was so ecstatic to have found them after having experienced numerous disappointing plumbing contractors, one of them advertised as the "Honest Plumber" and it turned out he had lied about having workers comp insurance. Twice in the last 25 years, I've had to use plumbers associated with other contractors I was using who insisted on their plumbers, and both times, I wound up in horrible heated arguments! The thermocouple was out on our water heater, so we couldn't light the pilot and had no hot water. I called Pacific Coast Plumbing at 7 this morning. They called back within 10 minutes. We had some back and forth txts to determine the problem. They got back to me and gave me a window of 1-3 PM. The tech showed up early and was done by 1 PM. Then he stayed 15 more minutes to make sure re e the water heated up. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional, and they fixed my problem quickly. I would use them again for any future plumbing needs
