I am a Real Estate Investor in the Greater Los Angeles Area. CIA Design & Construction came as a referral to us and we gave Rick and his professional team an opportunity to work on one of our commercial properties. To say that we were pleased with his work would be an understatement. Not only was his work outstanding but he was also timely which is very important in my business. Needless to say I can't wait to have CIA Construction work on my next project.

Rick Koenig and his company are amazing! We had a building renovation that was particularly dear to our hearts, and from start to finish, Rick made sure that every detail was exactly how we wanted it. As a General Contractor, he was on site to lead and oversee progress every day, but he also consulted with us on all design aspects. He brought us ideas and design concepts that we did not have the vision for, and in doing so made the renovation unique, beautiful, and structurally solid. He took care of everything, he was fair, and actually repurposed materials from what we already had. We can't thank him enough for turning our 65 year old building into a landmark in keeping with the integrity of the area. Can't wait to start another project with him!!
