Everything went well with this escrow company. Be sure you work with Cindy. She is adorable, efficient cheery and well-informed. She has such a sweet manner. I was getting irritated over something the loan officer did and I guess I had a sour look on my face. Cindy looked at me with her bright cheery smile and said, "Should I get you a cookie?"Everything was timely and they performed perfectly.
