I do not recommend this dental office. My experience from the very first appointment has been terrible. My daughter has private insurance, and they were supposed to handle billing. During her visit, they said she needed a treatment to prevent cavities. Believing it would be covered, I agreed. Later, they realized it wasn’t covered but went ahead and did the treatment without my consent or giving me the option to decide whether I wanted to pay out of pocket. I was understandably upset about this clear miscommunication. While they did reimburse part of the payment, which I appreciated, the situation should never have happened in the first place.

I've been a patient of Dr Masangkay for 11 years and I can attest to her professionalism and skill as a dentist. She is very soft spoken and excellent in explaining each detail of the procedures that I am going to have. The staff and dental assistants are all approachable, professional and always smiling. I can always feel the good vibes whenever I am in the clinic for an appointment. I will definitely recommend Dr Masangkay and the clinic to my relatives and friends who are looking for a good dentist !
I've been coming to this office for more than 10 years! What set this office apart from other office is the massage dental chairs! I work in the dental field and I have yet to come across another office that offer them! I love how conservative their doctors are! They really show high quality care. They are not in for the money. They are there for the best interest of their patients. This office also still accepts delta dental! With the major changes through delta dental within this past year, a lot of dental offices had no choice but to let it go. This office still accepts it! The office is very clean and still take every covid precautions such as taking temperatures of patients, ensuring the patients use hand sanitizer prior to entering the examination areas. They also require the patients to rinse their mouth with 1/2 of listerine and hydrogen peroxide to lessen the exposure risk to the employees prior to any treatment. I never had a bad experience within this past decade of service and is looking to be served another decade more!
