It’s a great place. Customer service is phenomenal. Explanation of stuff to make sure you’re knowledgeable about. It was great showed me around. Explained everything made me feel completely comfortable. Definitely would recommend.
I do not know the owner and I am new to using them but just after 2 weeks it is very evident to me this business owner takes extreme pride in providing outstanding customer service. My recent interaction was with the employee Carleen who went above and beyond in explaining the beds to me even though the other sweet girls have done the same each time they are all so patient and kind. They have so many amazing services to offer from tanning, to Red light therapy everytime I leave here honestly I just feel refreshed and peaceful and I know it is the environment. Carleen was FANTASTIC!! Made sure I understood everything. I did NOT feel pressured! I had many questions and she answered each one with a sincere smile! Tanning bed was clean and comfortable and working great!! Thank you
