Beware of this awful place. They killed my cat. On Friday I thought I was doing something good for my Maine coon baby, and got the mobile groomer to come and give him a bath, shave him and pamper him. I've been using this mobile groomer since Covid because they were supposedly certified to groom cats. The lady we had the last 2 years was good. Well this time the groomer that came was not only 3 hours late, but just awful. He also took an insanely amount of time to groom my cat (over two hours) He cut my cat's whiskers (you should never do that), he trimmed him down completely and cut his nails when I specifically asked not to. He then said my cat was going to be very tired from the grooming. My baby never went back to normal, he threw up on Saturday, what it looked like saliva and blood. I had to take him to the emergency vet on Monday after he stopped eating, going to the bathroom and drinking. He died on my arms that Monday and I am heartbroken. I emailed them on Saturday and never heard back, I called them on Monday to warn them about that groomer. Nothing! Not even an apology or a "we will look into it". I know my cat was old (12yo) and he was not in his best health, but these people cost me his life. I'm sure he did something to my baby. I blame myself for arranging this grooming, I wish I could go back in time and never use them. Please be careful and read their yelp reviews. I didn't and now my baby is gone. My cats haircuts looked good however groomers were 3 hours late with no consideration of the pet owners time, when I reached out and called the service 15 minutes after my scheduled 12:15 appointment I was told that they texted my home phone number and asked what the confusion was, was also told management does not care for their long time clients and would rather book new clients. Very dissatisfied

I wish I read these reviews prior to scheduling an appointment with them. Worst place ever! I definitely do not recommend this place. Their customer service is horrible and they don't care how they treat their customers!! Very unprofessional.
