This location is great and has always been amazing but we had a stellar experience today. We had a horrible experience with the local reptile store selling us a dying bearded dragon and all the wrong supplies so we had come here to get all the correct stuff we needed but unfortunately he passed anyways. These guys helped us return everything we had purchased through them and we told them what happened and they were horrified for us and invited us to purchase an animal from them next time because theirs are truly cared for and they actually care about their customers. 10/10 customer service experience. There always having great sales and it's important to sign up with them. So you don't miss out. Great customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable and easy to talk too.
Changing my 1 star review. It literally took me over a year to go back here. I had an incident with an employee and never went back. Buuuuuutt. Im back there. I go all the time again. I havent seen that employee but you cant find the same great quality food anywhere else for the best price. Ive been to events for pets here. I am a bestie and they have great rewards if you sign up. If you look hard enough you can find deals on the shelves. I wish they would bring back the close to date and out of season clearance rack in the back but. .. you know. .. variety and quality at this store. Its clean. Stock is properly rotated. And if you need help they will go above and beyond...read full review
