Dr. David D. Perz, DO, runs a clinic with a compassionate and dedicated staff who create an inviting environment. Patients appreciate the staff's kindness, good manners, and the physicians' expertise, including that of Mary Ann, a knowledgeable and excellent preceptor. The clinic provides a rich clinical experience, with helpful, supportive staff and providers who are thorough and caring. The staff from the front desk to the providers are genuinely kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The clinic consistently offers great experiences, and patients feel well cared for through compassionate and merciful care. The clinic is an excellent place in the valley, where patients receive the care they need.
I have been seeing Dr. David Perz almost 2 years now he is an excellent physician. I would highly recommend him. He is very compassionate ‘ He listens to every concern I has and does take the time to understand everything not like most doctors I’ve gone to. It’s like talking to your family member.

I had the privilege of completing my final FNP clinical rotation under the guidance of Dr. Sayon, and it was truly a rewarding experience. She is an exceptional preceptor who is not only highly knowledgeable, but also deeply committed to teaching and mentoring her students.
Dr. Sayon created a supportive and encouraging learning environment where I felt comfortable asking questions and expanding my clinical skills. She consistently took the time to explain her clinical reasoning, which greatly enhanced my critical thinking and confidence in patient care.
