My name is Barbie and I'm a young 79 year old female. In 2023 I was diagnosed with cancer of the Perotid gland. That is the right Salivary gland. I had been seeing Dr. Keating since I moved in 2018. He is such a personable doctor and I felt I had also met a new friend. I didn't feel rushed, he was thorough and shared any concerns just like he had known me all his life. His staff were just as friendly and his office Manager, Elizabeth, is a wiz in attaining all the necessary referrals in a timely way. Dr. Keating and his staff are very friendly and caring and also very professional. Dr. Keating has helped me with my medical conditions and I am extremely satisfied with his care. I recommend him to anyone who appreciates a doctor who spends time with his patients and answer all of your questions. I think he is awesome!
Today was my first visit, I have been in this city for almost two years and had no hope of finding a physician and came to terms of traveling to Riversidd forever. Today was my first visit and it was amazing, the staff a couple days prior to my appointment let me know I could come and complete paperwork beforehand, it was a huge time-saver for me the day of. Dr. Keating LISTENED to me, my concerns and we were a team for my health plan. Listening should be common practice but it is rare for a Dr to listen, he was not condescending, shared his experiences, and did not make me feel worse about my weight and other issues.
