After getting the run around from a different AC company, I contacted AQS which was the best thing I could’ve done! From my first phone call with Ray, I realized that I was making the right choice. Ray was upfront with me about pricing, details of all the work that needed to be done and even told me the correct information about my warranty. (That was something the other company lied to me about, because they weren’t going to do a thorough job) The installers Jonathan, Angel, Cameron & Zach were respectful and thorough. They worked hard to complete the job in one day when we were told that it would possibly take two days. (Two units were installed) After the installation was completed they made sure to clean up any trash or debris and even vacuumed the floors of the areas they walked through. Thanks to AQS, I now have two new properly functioning AC units….. and a new AC company that I trust!
