Worst reception girl ever. Super rude told me I was lying. Telling me she dint know who I talked to if I dont give her a name treated me so poorly I won't ever be nice with this lady again. I have a painful condition im dealing with enough. I cannot believe how unprofessional she was. Im taking this all the way up the chain of command. I cannot believe her.

My husband had an appointment and when we arrived at the clinic he put his name on the registration table but the girl in front was totally impolite and did not take the trouble to receive my husband as a patient, she did not say good afternoon or take a seat please in a few minutes we call him, he did not have any kind of education, 10 minutes passed and she had not taken the trouble to pass my husband's registration so that they could attend him, and when my husband told her something he told her that she was very busy and as he knew that I was the one who was upset by her poor attention the only thing she did was look at me very badly and whisper things with her other partner about me, it is a lack of respect that she must be the kind face of the place and we only meet an uneducated person and treating patients as you want, I don't know exactly the name of the receptionist but she is light hair, White skin and light eyes the one who gave this terrible service.😡😡😡😡

My appointment was at 3:30 pm I came at 3:20 and waited till 5 :00 pm they didn’t see us and they saw people who came after me They made me mad

Had an appointment they kept canceling and having to reschedule. Called me a month before my appointment to cancel for and emergency surgery but more like the screwed up their scheduling and tried to cover. Finally was seen by a medical assistant not even the dermatologist. Was supposed to send a refill for my rosacea cream but instead refilled something else. Called and again spoke with a medical assistant who told me I was never prescribed rosacea cream. Never seen anyone by anyone else for my rosacea so I old the lady well then how do I have a prescription tube of cream if your saying I was never prescribed it. Never going back there again. Their very unorganized and it take months to be seen

This has been my go to office since I was 19! I am now turning 26. They were the first to prescribe Tretinoin cream which changed my skin. I had a lot of acne in my teens and now I get compliments saying my skin is glowing! I’m thankful I started young because my skin purged everything out in the beginning. I finally went back to this office because I feel I’ve plateaued. I did some research on Tazarotene which is like the next step up from Tret. PA Isha listened to my concerns and I felt like we were really on the same page. I also finally received confirmation on what kind of breakouts I’ve been having because I thought they were fungal type but she said they’re inflammatory which is also something I’ve considered. Also I personally love seeing PAs I don’t know why people always say they need to see a “real doctor” when NPs and PAs are just as capable and respectful. Lastly, and I don’t mean to ramble, but I want to mention Jamie the MA I saw. She was very personable and had a great smile on her face which contributed to my positive experience. I think 6 years ago they didn’t have scribes/MA in the room with the provider. Anyway I work in a doctor’s office too and I recommend it so much that I actually tell all my patients about this place! :)

I have been seen in this office 3 times. Always by a PA. He misdiagnosed a lesion the second time I was in there. I am very leery of going back there with a skin cancer. They just seem very superficial

It took 3 calls and put on hold for over 20 minutes each time to get an appointment rescheduled, frustrating to say the least
