We needed our heater because it stopped working and Will came out before our time slot which was fantastic and he told us about our system and fixed it quick! I will be contacting this company in the future!
They helped us out quickly and provided excellent customer service. They didn’t try to upsell us, nor did they try any sneaky salesman tactics. They quickly diagnosed what was causing our furnace leak, fixed it, and charged us the original price that was quoted. Thanks for being upfront, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Although it was rough having to buy a new AC, Lakeside Heating and Air Conditioning made the process as painless as possible. When Will evaluated the situation of my air conditioner, he gave me options that would allow my AC system work more efficiently but without trying to upsell and pressure me into buying pieces of equipment that would not have been absolutely necessary. Will sent me estimates to my email with exactly what I would be getting and for what the price was going to be.
