This place came highly recommended and did not disappoint! I came in having issues with my hip and neck. Suwan was attentive and checked in throughout the experience while focusing on the areas mentioned. Felt in perfect balance after and on cloud nine. Best massage I've ever had!
I had a pinched nerve after a bike trip and could barely walk without shooting pain. Mint worked me over for 90 minutes. She was careful around the pain areas and focused on releasing all the muscles that were totally locked up. By the next AM I was so much better. I am so grateful,for her skill! Plus the space is nice, the appointment system is easy and everyone is very kind!
I have had many massages over the past 30 years. My massage with Mint at Zen Massage and Wellness Thai Massage was one of my best massages ever. She knew exactly how to find the tension and release the knots. If I lived in Healdsburg, I would return here regularly.
