Richard was wonderful, First time I called for repair he came to my office that evening after he got back from San Francisco picked up my computer and delivered it to me the following morning all fixed and hooked it up and show me how to use it , as I’m not to computer savvy. I was visiting Sonoma and ran into a computer problem that was keeping me from working remotely - Richard at All Pro was able to solve my problem very quickly so that I could work again. He responded almost immediately to my request for help, which I really appreciated. He is both knowledgeable and friendly and if I lived in the area he would be my go-to computer guy!
