Shane took him time and found the leak and repaired it and make sure we knew what he was doing and why. And he cleaned up the cement and mess from removing the concrete. The last leak we had ( different plumber) he blew concrete dust all over the house missed the leak by a foot and had to try again! So this company I definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic work by Steve and Khalil.I have been paying very high water bills for past 4 mo and around 4 different companies looked and couldn't find anything. Steve and Khalil arrived before time and started looking and found a massive leak that caused the $700 bills. I am amazed that they found something none others find. We had a difficult leak assessment to be done. According to our HOA our pipes from our second floor unit go from the outside, up to our water heater, back down to the ground and under the first floor unit, then back up to our unit. USA Leak Detector worked with the downstairs unit quickly and professionally to untangle this mess, pinpointing the leak, determining whose pipes were the ones leaking. Because of the unusual nature of the pipes, they volunteered a payment solution where they would complete the assessment first and then bill the unit responsible for the leak. That was great problem solving and customer service.
