The machines are amazing and I was most impressed with the customer service. This was my first time at a Laundromat and the owner guided me through the process of how to pay for the machines, how to buy soap, and how to use the machines. If I ever need to go back to a Laundromat, I will definitely go back to Tom’s.

Just moved to the area and this is my go to place for laundry, here's why:
1. Clean and no broken or damaged machines.
2. Card System, no coins!
3. Large machines- has 6 or more machines that can do 12 loads=120lbs of laundry in 1 machine! And they even have larger dryers.
4. Plenty of seats, benches and chairs.
5. They provide step stools for machines.

Super clean and spacious! All the staff members are so kind and helpful! Machines do a great job and the payment system is so convenient. I can't think of one negative thing to say about this place. I came here just because it was the closest to my house, kept coming because it's the best.
