Everything starts from the front desk, reps very knowledgeable I was able to ask questions about the intake form and glasses and love they take Target Red Card for a discount.
Eyes examine Doctor was very nice and thorough took the info from the intake sheet and went to work. I'm Very Satisfied.
First of all, I live in Southern California & I moved up to Hayward. Came here for an exam & the intention to get both glasses and contacts. The doctor was great & was very thorough with her exam. The receptionist at the time was slightly rude about me asking questions. Also offered me a “free” polish for my glasses which she charged. Upon picking up my glasses, I find out my contacts were shipped to home, in SoCal. I don't even remember that receptionist asking if I wanted it shipped to the Target or at home. Very easy to make an appointment online & super friendly staff!
Edit: My son picked up his new glasses (very first pair) & he is beyond happy! We couldn't have had a better experience. Brenda was very kind from the beginning & great throughout the whole process! My son said the doctor was also great during the whole exam & had a nice conversation with him.
I would definitely recommend this location :)
