I have not worked with a lot of remediation companies so I cannot compare my experience to others. I found the initial communication with the front office to be good, but it broke down over time. There was a misunderstanding about the start date, my reply was misunderstood so I take some responsibility for that, but they never followed up with me, so we were off schedule by a week. There was also a misunderstanding between the front office and the team on the ground, the on the ground team did not have one of the rooms in the scope of work listed, if I was not there, it would have been neglected. Great experience. From the bid consultant to the asbestos extractors everyone was wonderful. They did a thorough job. Were pleasant. Let the site clean. Could not have hoped for a better experience. And it really wasn’t as expensive as I had feared. I would go to them first if I ever needed asbestos abatement again.
Very professional, knowledgeable, on time, and finished in a timely manner. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them. Thank you for a job well done!
