Called Octavio on extremely short notice close to the end of the day, trying to see if I could get a second quote after almost settling on a price I wasn't comfortable with somewhere else.
He came within an hour or two with a flashlight because it was already dark (early December) to come give me a quote that night. He looked the tree over, and the space situation as far as parking and space for his crew to work then gave me a quote I felt was fair.
He also reviewed some other trees I have near some power lines I was concerned about and explained to me why my specific situation is okay because the lines have a special protective casing, and it isn't necessary....read full review
