My daughter just loves this studio, Miss Marjela and her classmates. We've taken so many classes but this one is just different. Such a warm fuzzy family feeling here. My daughter is just so happy when she's in class, she won't stop dancing and she's "shy". Typical kids classes I find are taught by teens that have no patience for the little ones, but Redefine is tought by the real deal.
A great hip hop dance studio in the East Bay! I've been dancing with re.DEFINE since 2018 and it feels like a second home. Everyone is incredibly kind, caring, and supportive. The studio doesn't feel like some other studios where there is a lot of pressure and judgement. I LOVE that it's mostly a hip hop focused studio -- definitely not something you get everywhere. And if I had kids, I would love to bring them to the kids classes offered here with some awesome teachers! The owners, Mappy and Margela are so nice and helpful!
