Very responsive, I send a message and he gets right back to me. I asked him when he could come and give me an estimate and he said " tomorrow ". Which was a fast response to me. I asked him late one night if he could come early the next morning and he said he would be there at 10am. So far really like him.

I have some good and bad experiences with periodic services. Jose is the best of all the service person I have hired till date. He has never missed even once and is always on time. His job is impeccable.
