Great PPF experience for my 2022 Grey Tesla Model 3!!! I was able to reach out to Protek via instagram DM and received a response very quickly! Armando was able to fit me into their schedule for a quote and was actually able to fit me in that afternoon. The attention to detail is something that they do very well! I was very impressed with the quality of their work. The videos they take during the process also helps see the progress of the work, which I thought was pretty cool. Once I arrived, I was shown/informed about the materials they use, given a demo, and then walked through the pricing and options I had. No hidden fees, you confirm the payment upfront and then you get your quote. I also liked that I received my warranty card and invoice for the services I purchased. It was reassuring to know the product is legit and that I am covered for years to come. After dropping my car off for the front PPF with mirrors (polish/clean added), I was expecting my car to be ready the next day. Armando and the team worked past their studios closing time and informed me that evening that my car was ready! Talk about going above and beyond and surprising their customers! I recently took my Mercedes to ProTek shine studio in Hayward and hands down best customer service and so easy to work with. Armando explain everything down to the dot. I daily drive my car and I needed protection from my daily commute. I got paint protection film for the front of my car, paint enhancement, Ceramic coating, and windshield protection film to protect from rock chips. My car now looks so good and knowing my car is now protected from the harsh elements. Thank you Armando and team!
