I rented two long tables (8 feet each) and 16 chairs from this place. They were pretty sturdy and worked great as expected for my small party. The tables and chairs do have scratches and marks, so they don't look new at all, but it's always a given to use table and chair covers during parties anyway. The tables are a bit sticky and leave a white wax mark on clothes when transported, so I'd suggest the store actually clean them thoroughly. I was ordering from Fremont and originally wanted them to be dropped off, but it was an additional $60. I believe the delivery and pickup charges are based on how far you are from the store. We ended up picking them up and dropping them off ourselves, which only cost $37 in total. They do ask for a $100 deposit in case you lose or damage the items. The entire renting/ordering process was fast and easy. I did have to change my drop-off date to a different day due to car issues, and the workers were okay with it with no extra charge. They have a bunch of other party items in the store, such as tableware, wall decor, and anything else you may need for your party. I believe they also do card and photo printing based on the sample cards I've seen on their cash register table.
I had a great stress free experience with Party Time. I hosted 50 people for Thanksgiving. I originally just ordered a tent. I kept adding to my order. Sharon kept my order organized. She was very patient, the delivery guy was professional and courteous. Party time supplies helped the renting process smoothly and stress free. I definitely recommend this company
I had my wedding August 4, 2023 I reached out to them almost 4-3 months before our wedding because we couldn't really find anyone who would rent us chairs and tables. Our venue also sucked and required us to get an insurance from every vendor. This place came through for us so much! BRET! He was very amazing with us! He met with us at the venue and ran through everything with us. He took note of where exactly we wanted our tables and chairs. He was very kind and super helpful. At the store itself the employers were also very helpful. They also sent us the insurance on time (car+vendor insurance), and had no issues sending it! They also offer to pick up the chairs and tables on the same day (with extra cost), and it is extremely hard to find places that offer that! They took care of our event and made sure everything turned out perfectly fine. I highly recommend this place! They have awesome services!
