MSI Bay Area is a massive 5,600 sq. ft. showroom and distribution center featuring over 500 surfacing products. The business offers a vast selection of granite and quartz countertops, as well as flooring tile, backsplash tile, pavers, fire glass, and garden rocks. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent customer service, assisting visitors with their needs. As a wholesaler, MSI Bay Area does not sell directly to the public, but rather to retailers and fabricators. Despite being a wholesale-only business, the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, making it a great resource for those in the industry.
I came to MSI to choose three slabs of quartzite for my kitchen refacing. I was immediately greeted when I entered, and the check-in process with my smartphone was simple and intuitive. They had a huge selection, and there was more in the back that I could browse on the web and they would bring out for viewing. There were several associates around to answer questions. My only nitipick is that the bathrooms were still being cleaned when I arrived and it would have been nice to use them after a long drive.
Today I stopped by MSI in Hayward and was happily greeted by Blake Heal when I walked in the doors. My experience with Blake today was nothing short of was wonderful. He has a very comforting presence and when he explained different tile options, he offered suggestions that only a skilled professional would know. I will definitely be back to show him photos of the beautiful creation he helped to make! Highly recommend stopping by to work with Blake if you are looking for someone knowledgeable of the industry and truly cares about his craft.

My wife and I walked into MSI in Hayward on a Saturday, 30 mins before closing. We had a vision for a fireplace but had no idea where to get the materials. After looking at some of our inspiration pictures, Blake recommended a tile that was exactly what we were looking for. Blake, Jasmeen and Aurora stayed 30 minutes past closing to help us get the order in, as our timeline was immediate.
