MSI Bay Area is a massive 5,600 sq. ft. showroom and distribution center featuring over 500 surfacing products. The business offers a vast selection of granite and quartz countertops, as well as flooring tile, backsplash tile, pavers, fire glass, and garden rocks. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent customer service, assisting visitors with their needs. As a wholesaler, MSI Bay Area does not sell directly to the public, but rather to retailers and fabricators. Despite being a wholesale-only business, the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, making it a great resource for those in the industry.
There were so many samples of quartz and quartzite. It was easy to walk around and ask questions of the staff. You need a designer or contractor that has an account with them to order material. Highly recommend stopping by to get an idea of all the different types o materials.
The place has a lot of collections to explore and understand what suits us best. The rep (Troy) was also very pleasant and patient to answer all our questions and discuss the pros and cons of various material - porcelain, natural stone, cement or other.
Quit going here years ago as customer service was so poor and the lack of outdoor landscaping materials but now WOW -- excellent customer service above and beyond and huge selection of outdoor porcelain options. Love the outdoor display for client tours as well. Thank you!
