Ive been a long time customer and finally getting around to writing the review. If Manisha is working then you're in luck. She does great work, listens to what you want then delivers. Anyone else, however..... I've given many of their employees changes and my gosh am I so disappointed. Each time they butcher my poor already scarce eyebrows and leave me looking so much worse than when I originally walked in. I think today was my last straw. I posted a picture, as you can see the right eyebrow is a bit thick, ok shape and overall okay. The poor butchered right eyebrow deserves some justice. Not only does it have three low points just in the front by the forehead but the arch has been turned into a circular shape and the ends of the eyebrow have been split into a thin line. I am so sad and upset that this is what I have to live with until they hopefully grow a little to match.

Good brows complement your face...it takes a seasoned hand to shape them into something beautiful! My threader was efficient yet thorough. It's calm and there's plenty of seats in the waiting room. At about 11am on a Thursday there were a couple customers, but I didn't have to wait long, less than 5 minutes. I love my results! As a chronic overplucker/underplucker, an objective eye makes them even and shapely. Prices are good too: $10 for brows and $7 for upper lip. There's a loyalty/stamp card as well, so I'm looking forward to going back.

Love this place best place for eyebrows in all of Hayward! Just go here thank me later. I am so picky with my eyebrows this lady is a hidden gem she's always packed and has the best eye for eyebrows she know how to shape them for your face and she is so talented!!!! I love this place!!!!!!!! 100% recommend like my comment when you go and love your eyebrows! They do cards to give free eyebrows after so many visits!
