Powerlifting wise is good, came here when I won a competition. definitely not a bodybuilders gym. but only open for 5 hours? Why would I spend 120$ month to go a gym that’s closed most of the day and closed on Sunday? 24 hour fitness is 100% the better option for your money and overall equipment.

I got a punch card here while I was temporarily in the Bay Area and it was definitely worth the drive from San José. The gym has everything you need for your oly lifts and accessories. Most importantly the lifters here were super nice and welcoming. Loved the weightlifting community here. Will definitely return if I'm ever back in the area.

Down to business gym where you can accomplish whatever you want as long as you put in the work. Clean and never too packed to the degree you can't accomplish your goals. Great sense of comradery among the other gym goers.
