Mike Gomez was our designer and he did a great job understanding our needs and wants. He showed up on time, was respectful of my time (I was on a lunch break from work) and gave us several options for our reach-in closet. I would recommend Mike to friends and neighbors who are looking for an upscale closet design and build. Though we ended up not hiring Closet World, Mike was by far our favorite salesperson! The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because they don't offer a budget friendly (cheaper materials) option for small reach-in closets in a spare bedroom. Since the very beginning Lindsay Lewis was able to understand our needs perfectly. She took measurements and helped us with our brainstorm to the point we fully committed with two projects at home .
I truly recommend her to anyone due to her professional attitude and know how.
Samantha arrived on time and was very professional in her approach to our new closet .she listened to our suggestions and to what we wanted and then drew up 2 different designs both of which we loved and ended up choosing one of them . we just had it installed and it is fantastic .thank you Sam, you did a great job
