I am writing for their staff, Angel . I went to the store for ordering rocks. He answered all my questions and concerns with polite, professional , and friendly manner. Excellent service provided, Angel!

All personnel is this location are rude and very unprofessional. The only personal that doesn't have a bad attitude and willing to help is a lady that sits all the way to the right when at the counter. They speak you as is you're stupid. I feel they think everyone that comes in here know the process to picking up material and they charge you and don't say anything as far as where to pick up your material. I don't recommend this locations

Their service is pretty bad and even though on Google they say they close at 4pm, I arrived at 3:45pm and they were closed. I called them, they picked up the phone, they said that they do close at 4pm but yet they refused to let me in, even though it was 15 minutes before their official closing time
