He responded to all of our questions, he did everything that we asked of him. I think we got a better price because of him, and he, just took care of us. I can't say enough great things about Robert Costa and Advantage Homes / Hayward. I HIGHLY recommend him and this company. A few years ago we started the search for a "final" home in our lives. We are older, but both still work. We will retire within the next 5-10 years.
