Had a great experience working with Roe in the service department. My 2022 Mustang needed a lot of work--transmission issues, vent problems, rough idle, rotors, and more--and Roe kept me updated the whole time. They even gave me a rental for several weeks at no charge while it was in the shop. Everything was clearly explained, and the car feels way better now. Appreciate the professionalism. Will definitely come back!
Mike at South Bay Ford has been beyond helpful. I've been having issues with my Ford and took it to a dealership that is closer to me, I initially bought the vehicle from South Bay Ford. When I reached out with requests of previous Service Reports and to discuss the issues with my car, they were so attentive, responsive, and helpful. I truly appreciate their customer service.
I like this Dealership a lot, so much so I live in Northridge and only come to Southbay Ford to service my two Fords. The other dealership have door or bumper dinged my cars over the years. This dealership is built as to not have an overload of cars and staff that creates damages to customer cars. Great knowledgeable Service staff as well.
