I went to this shop I wasn't satisfied at all the nail tec seem like she was fresh out of training. My nails were crooked 😒 thw were filled and field wrong. One thing I don't like about their work is when you tell them that you don't like their work. They never take the blame for their bad work and still expect to be paid instead of being held accountable for their bad service. They really need training in customer service 🙄 😒

The young girl that worked yesterday (wore a grey sweater and yoga pants) kept cutting the skin on my toes and hurting me. I told her so many times that she was hurting me. I think she did it on purpose. After that 4th time, she finally apologized. I still tipped her cuz her job must suck so much for her to be hurting people like that but definitely won’t be returning. It’s a shame cuz I live like 2 mins from this place. Not worth it.

Its a no frills shop, like most shops nowadays there is a very limited selection of regular polish and most of the polish is with those numbers on it which I suspect are for gel nails no clue never got it before. Chairs are old, massage is very soft seems to barely work. I got a pedicure its fine, ladies seems nice enough, they dont open on time that is a key factor! When i came here before they were not open at 10 and I made the mistake of coming back at 1030 and place was packed. This time I waited they open about 1010 and then they were cleaning, they dont clean before they go home at night but it seems do it in the morning, vacuuming and what not
