What can I say? Must be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. How they stay in business with this kind of front counter services beyond me. If you have another choice, go somewhere else.

Do they have the parts that you need for HVAC? Yes. But the front desk was a total D....! Bought a bunch of grills, and one was missing. Came back and the guy said it was my fault for not checking. I get i should have counted them on the spot. I said I was disappointed that they didn't take responsibility and give me the $9 grill. He pointed his finger at me said "it's your responsibility and if I don't like it don't ever come back". I had to buy an extra one anyhow, so I ended buying 2 anyhow.
