I live in San Diego, and Angel took the time to explain everything to me over FaceTime and even checked on an issue with water collecting inside the garage (which is why I needed gutters in the first place). I’ll admit I wasn’t the easiest customer to work with, and Angel and his team were patient, reasonable, and incredibly helpful throughout.

He also worked around my schedule over the holidays and worked hard to install everything before a tenant moved into my house.

“I requested a quote from Cesar of BD&E Roofing for a leak on the flat part of my roof. He came out the same day I contacted him. He is very considerate and kind. He met with my husband and told him how to patch the area. He also gave him some material to use and told him where to get more. He could have easily given us a quote for the job, but instead he was kind and forthright. He sent me step by step instructions for my husband to follow. He also explained water flow and how to tell exactly where the leak is occurring. I appreciate him so much for being a helping person. We will need our shake roof replaced and I know whom I will be calling. Based on his integrity and photos of the roofs he has completed, I would highly recommend Cesar and his company. He also commented on the roofs around our home that are relatively new. He has extensive knowledge of all types and quality of roofing material. Adam and his crew did a complete tear-off and replaced it with a built-up roofing system that included better insulation and proper sloping. No more pooling water or weird ceiling stains. It’s strong, heat-resistant, and hasn’t had a single issue since. They got it done fast, too.“
