No employee to help in one department. Asked several employees for help. Employees claimed managers are not easy to find. Waited for 45 minutes. They're hopeless. As many employees they have walking around, not ONE to help? Ridiculous. Zero stars are earned on this visit.

Renovating our home we find ourselves here often. The staff and help is pretty much nonexistent, but we have been here often enough to know where everything is. Prices are fair, and there is always a good selection in stock. Check out lines are long but usually move quickly.

I don't know what's going on with this HD. I've been going here since it opened. Originally nice, service slipped. Revamped several times, each time service slips back to the lazy uninformed employee doing little or nothing to help you. This visit I needed patio door wheels. Employees gathered in groups of 3 to 6 all over the store, acting busy while just talking. I found one of two of what I needed. No one to help check stock. I looked at the boxes above, no matching numbers so no more product. The shelves were randomly empty, obviously no one taking care to reorder to fill the shelves. What I needed was not a regularly purchased item, I'm sure there had been months to refill the low supply. But it hadn't been done. I like to patronize local stores but issues like this force me to go to Amazon. Found the items, saved $6, free shipping, and I'll have it tomorrow. It's things like this that make businesses fail.

The customer service we received by Summer when we bought our new Refrigerator from her was absolutely excellent. She is spectacular and was great help. I recommend anyone to go ask for Summer in the appliances department at Lawndale Home Depot. Thank You Summer keep up the positive energy and smile.

We bought the Weber Spirit E-315 Natural Gas Grill online from the local Hawthorne store. The store assembled it and delivered to us. We did have some initial hiccups but Lidia from Hawthorne store was very helpful in quickly solving it. We are very happy with our grill. The grill was assembled well and right in time for Fourth of July. Will definitely continue shopping at this location due to quality, price, and service provided.

I just left a full cart at checkout and walked out, leaving close to $500 unbought. Turns out, they don't accept ApplePay or any phone-based payment system. I almost never enter a store with anything other than a phone anymore, especially not a large chain. Off to my local hardware store where they accept my form of payment. Get with it, HD!

although I like this wonderful store, now avoid going there anymore: They are capturing your face on an AI platform, (Artificial Intelligence) - at the auto check out registers newly set up. The attendant said "If you don't like it, then don't shop here. There are posters on the windows to warn people we are capturing and sharing your personal data and personal information!!". Wow, count me out. All they need now is barbed wire fences.

What a total crappy Home Depot. They know there is a ton of parking lot cars getting broken into and tools getting stolen, and do nothing to support the contractors that buy their products. My friend was in the store for 10 minutes and his van door was broken into, all tools stolen. When he went in to see if there were any camera footage he could see, they said they needed a subpoena from the police! They were rude and could care less. Shame on this store. If you shop here bring an empty clunker for a car/van.

Not all Home Depots are the same. They can be set up the same look the same but the staff is what is the game changer. You could have the worst stuff or the best stuff. The reason why I checked in and I'm leaving a review for this particular Home Depot is it was nice and clean. Parking was not hard to find. There wasn't a million people in the parking lot trying to sell you food Services etc. Well maintained. I know everyone has to work and I'm not knocking anyone's Hustle but I do not want to go to Home Depot to buy some tamales out front. I'm going to grab something and go. When I walked in it was nicely organized the staff greeted me and help me find what I needed to. At the paint counter they answered all my questions with no attitude. Excellent customer service!!! Went to get paint match, the gentleman at the paint section told me that my sample would be done in five minutes. Which gave me the chance to shop around for a few necessities. Was help by another guy by the cleaning section as well. Everyone had a great attitude, got awesome recommendations. Extremely recommended
