Omg! Where do I begin. A genuine, loving & comforting staff. Sylvia the Office Manager took care of all my needs as though it was it was her family member. Had it not been for Sylvia’s comforting hands, I would have broke down and never recovered. Beautiful funeral home. They take really good care of families at Douglass & Dunaway. Thank you for everything.
Yesterday, we held my father’s funeral at Douglas Family Mortuary, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care we received. Not only was this funeral home far more affordable than others we looked into, but the service was exceptional.
Sylvia was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient throughout the entire planning process. She responded to every email quickly and made sure every detail was handled with compassion and professionalism.
