We had a water leak coming from our ceiling and called Arctic Plumbing early Saturday morning. Even though it was the weekend, they responded quickly and came out right away. Joseph was our plumber, and he was outstanding. He quickly identified the source of the leak, clearly explained what was going on, and completed the repair efficiently. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. What we appreciated even more was that after finishing the repair, he made sure everything was cleaned up thoroughly. We thought they were exceptional in their professionalism. They (Henry & Kevin) were cordial, courteous & polite. They handle everything with care & precision. They were extremely thorough. Henry and his team (Gerardo and Gerber) are truly amazing. They go the extra mile to get the job done no matter what it takes. They provide creative solutions to challenging problems with buildings, have top notch work standards, work long hours when needed, are kind, and very professional. I cant thank you them them enough for all of their tireless help. They jumped in to a complex matter and made it simple and seamless.
