SERIOUSLY impressed! Had been with a large, national chain for years and they can't hold a candle to the job these guys did. They put in the time and effort to make sure everything was taken care of, questions were answered honestly and without any high pressure sales pitch. Prices are more than fair and I got top flight customer service from everyone I dealt with.
I called West Coast Termite because I found a termite swarm in my attic. We ended up having the house tented as it had been decades since it was tented last. WCT were super professional, very responsive, very personable and the guys who came to put the tent up and take it down were awesome - so quick with a 2-story house, it was amazing. We were out of the house for 2 nights only - out at 5pm on a Monday and back in 11am on Wednesday. Would definitely recommend this company.
