I checked in at 4:59 pm thru urgent care.The appointment time was for 6:20 pm. I was not called in until 7:00 pm. Everyone that came after me was being called in. I'm so irritated. From time I checked in, call in the back and waiting on the doctor. Everyone since vey nonchalant. I hate going Kaiser West LA. I guess I had to go there now. I won't be coming back here.

Everything like your ER. It's 5 hours sitting here and still another 3-4 hours before we can get a room and see doctor. I can't wait for my benefits elections period so I can switch my health care provider.

Emergency Room visit they should rename Kaiser Euthanasia Clinic based on medical and staff treatment received. I believe Dr Joel Amezquita popped my abdominal wall in a botched procedure. He also did not order meds at the correct pharmacy after personally confirming the location with him three times. I believe this was out of malice from he and/or his staff. Rotten nasty group there. 8 hours in waiting room, was told if they call my name while I was in bathroom or trying to buy water at gift shop next door they would pass me over....8 hours. Left me with tubes in me unattended for over an hour...I called out for help - monitor alarm was going off constantly...no one... read full review
