I chose this doctor for my primary care, but unfortunately for the first 25 minutes of the front office experience was enough for me to walk out! The staff looks raggedy, so unclean and the office looks unsanitary. They gave me issues upon arrival and I asked to speak to the manager, the manager has no experience nor managerial skills! The manager thinks just because she stood there listening to my complaint, that she was professional. She had no ways of resolving an issue or even giving a patient leeway to resolve the most minute issue. When you hire a employee as the manager, your business stays underwater. Every employee is scattering around not knowing how to function.

This is the worst staffed medical doctor office I have ever been too. Every staff member is disorganized, none of them seem to know where anything is,or what's going on papers are basically stacked to the ceilings, the office and patient rooms are very very very dirty!!!! I have pictures and videos of how grimy the place is. The front desk don't seem to do their job right, how is it I make an appointment a week prior I call the day of to confirm my appointment time and they all tell me I have no appointment , the lady who answered stating I have no appointment (Pilipino lady) was very very rude and laughed over the phone (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) how is that so if I spoke...read full review

Very was very impressed with his ( Dr Osea) attentive mannerisms and concern for my well being and health. Im glad that I have this Doctor as my primary care physisian. Dr Osea is a very good thorough Medical Doctor.
