I had a great experience taking my first aid and CPR adult and paediatric Red Cross course with Jen. She helped me understand everything and I feel more confident in my skills. This was the best class I've taken in years.
The training was great. The instructors get the entire team engaged throughout the training and were able to explain all the techniques as they apply to real life events and situations. Highly knowledgable and skilled training staff!
