Losing a pet is never easy and having to say goodbye to my 18-year-old long-haired Chihuahua, Pretty, was one of the most painful experiences of our life. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff treated us—and our beloved Pretty—with such kindness, patience, and compassion.
They took the time to explain everything step by step, never rushing us, and made sure Pretty was comfortable and at peace throughout the process. Their gentle approach and genuine empathy made an incredibly difficult moment a little more bearable, and for that I will always be grateful.

I recently took my dog to Animal Clinic Western for vaccinations, a prescription, and a quote for dental cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, putting both me and my nervous pup at ease right away. The service was efficient, professional, and thorough, and everything was clearly explained. It’s obvious they genuinely care about the animals.
