I would like to preface that I reached out to Amy "Rose" BEFORE I wrote this. She was unwilling to work with me and I find that simply disappointing when it could've easily been rectified with her giving me all or some of my money back. I was a bridesmaid in one of my best friends wedding. Amy did not specifically work on my hair but her assistant or partner did (I don't know her name). I told the stylist that my hair hardly holds curls but does hold well with this random bed head wand that I have and I always use. Amy has done MAGIC to my eyebrows!!! I HAD icky, patchy and uneven eyebrows, and Amy made them look "normal". I felt absolutely no pain (she uses a numbing cream), and most times wasn't even aware when she was doing the microblading. She is very thorough and has a very soft touch. I have to say, even the conversation was excellent because we were laughing almost the entire time. She is going to be my go-to for microblading touch-ups from here on out. I've been wanting to microblade my brows for several years now. My own brows are so thin and it's such a pain to draw them in everyday. My daughter researched Amy and we loved her work. So I finally bit the bullet and had her do my brows. The process only took about an hour. They're beautiful!!!!! I wish that I had done this a long time ago. Very natural looking. I'm two weeks out and they still look great. Putting makeup on is a breeze now
