Very disappointing experience.

Have used this business exclusively for all my Plumbing needs over 27 years. 2 disposals, 1 water heater, 2toilets, miscellaneous sink issues. Every time the work and the equipment are top notch. Costs are reasonable as well.

My Aunt called pierottes to do some work on one of her properties that my grandma lives at. They replaced gas lines and then upon inspection the inspector said the old wall heater needed to be replaced, so my aunt had pierottes do that job as well. They installed the new wall heater, not sure why they had to relocate the thermostat instead of use the old wires that were already there, but all these cold winter months my grandma still does not have a working heater. They keep telling my aunt they are waiting on a part. Good thing we stocked grandma up with a bunch of electric heaters to keep the house warm. It's been close to 6 months already and they are still supposedly waiting on this part. And where the vent goes into the ceiling there is still a hole that they never patched so if the heater did work the fumes could get back into the living room. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy
