Good results anytime i pick up my dog but the opening time is inconsistent. I have an appointment for 8 and they didnt come in until after 9. But their site says open 7-5 so either the site is wrong or someone who should be there isnt and is delaying peoples appointments.

1st off April has horrible ppl skills and apparently dog skills. my mom is new to Hanford took her dog to get groomed yesterday 11/3/22 she had an appt at 9am and never got a call when to pick up her dog. she called and no answer so knowing the business hours close at 5pm she went to the shop at 4pm and her dog was barley being groomed. April's excuse was she got behind doesn't make sense unless all those dogs were there before 9am. when my mom got home she saw blood all over her kitchen/ livingroom floor apparently April trimmed a nail too short. when my mom returned this morning to inform April she said is was normal for nails to bleed. there was a chihuahua... read full review

April is great my babies luv her. She takes such good care of them. Have been going here for years. Great person very loving and knowledgeable person.. takes great pride in her work.
