My son has been attending United Studios of Self Defense in Half Moon Bay since he was five (now 7yo). It’s had such a positive impact on him. He’s become more confident, more resilient, and it even gave him the tools to stand up to a bully once. The studio is run by Sensei Angelo who sets a strong tone through consistency, energy, and example. He’s firm when needed, and he doesn’t hesitate to raise his voice to get the kids’ attention, but it’s never harsh or demeaning. There’s no fear or shame, just structure, consistency, and respect. Cowabunga dude
I highly recommend United Studios for everyone who would like to learn Self Defense and other Marshall arts. Kevin is a great teacher, very patient and loves what he does.
