Dr. Brian Sheppard is honestly one of the best dentists I have ever visited; and I've been to my share. He uses state of the art equipment for the x-ray/exam portion, and in my case, having needed a crown, he was able to picture, prep and complete the job all in one session. I was able to watch the porcelain crown being made and then get it fitted with minimal adjustment on the first try. Oh, and didn't feel the numbing agent at all on injection, or have a bad time when medication wore off. All in all, I'd have to give Dr. Sheppard a 10 out of 10. And a very friendly office environment as well, with Mandy ably assisting in the process.

Dr. Brian is the best!! I have never felt so relaxed in a dentist's office or dentist chair before. The staff is very friendly & Dr. Brian makes the time on the chair extremely smooth & seamless. I moved too far away to keep going, however, I used to drive 50 miles to Sheppard Family Dentistry because it's just that worth it!

Dr. Brian Sheppard is my favorite dentist of all time! I drive from Aptos to see him and his staff. The cleaning is so gentle I always fall asleep. My partial tooth replacement is so perfectly matched it fools other dentists! The advancer he made for me changed my life regarding my sleep apnea, sleep quality, and my dreams - I'm forever grateful for his recommendation (life changing). His 3D printing onsite is incredibly advanced. There's only one dentist I recommend from Santa Cruz to Half Moon Bay, and that's Dr. Sheppard.
