“I have used this place for more than 20 years and have never had a bad experience there. The owner works hard at doing excellent work and takes pride in it. When I've taken things in that are stained or that need to be altered, she's always come through for me. Now don't get wrong, if she disagrees with me about something I want done, she'll let me know that she thinks I'm making a mistake (I once wanted something altered for a specific purpose and she pointed out that after the alteration it wouldn't be good for anything else, but that was fine with me).
