This practice has gone downhill ever since Dr. Carrington left. The woman who works the front desk, Loraine, is incompetent and doesn’t follow up on things the PA says she will. There’s no actual doctor at this location anymore, they have you see someone in the belmont or san mateo Dignity Health locations.I’d find a different doctors office.

Not sure if they specialize in mental health but they are helpful in ways but sometimes don’t take time to listen to your whole mental health problems if they are severe. they make their own analysis on how severe it is. I also had a problem before that landed me in hospital 3 times for not getting the correct medicine to prevent them And doctors even the doctors wanted me to take that medicine. I then came here and got a certain medication and asked if it prevented them and she said no , so i chose to take stuff in my own hands which made it worse so i would recommend looking more into mental health doctors that actually will listen to you and give you the correct...read full review
